Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective May 15, 2026
Event & class registrations
- You can cancel your own registration anytime from My Registrations.
- Free RSVPs can be cancelled up until the event start time. If a waitlist exists, the next eligible attendee is automatically promoted.
- Paid registrations cancelled at least 24 hours before the event start time are automatically refunded via Stripe (less the non-refundable Stripe processing fee).
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are at the organizer's discretion. Contact the organizer directly.
- If an organizer cancels an event, attendees receive a full refund of the amount they paid.
Listing subscriptions
- Listing plans (Basic, Featured, Premium) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime from My Listings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds for the remaining days.
- We may issue a goodwill refund in the case of a billing error or platform outage. Contact us within 30 days of the charge.
How to request help
If you need a refund handled manually, message us via Contact with your registration or invoice details and we'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
